Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Carolyn Green has a highly respected background as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, nurse, Specialist Teacher and SENCo. Carolyn was the Training and Development Manager at ADD-vance for several years as well as working for the Specialist Advisory Support Service at Hertfordshire County Council. With over 25 years of experience in the mental health and teaching arenas she was well served to become a CBT therapist.

 

Carolyn now works with adults and teens providing CBT sessions from her practice near St Albans. Via the internet, she also works with clients across the UK, Ireland, USA and around the world using video calls (via a very stable 500MB fibre connection).

Over the years she has had a great deal of success helping to change the lives of clients through CBT - specifically those with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, Autism and ADHD.

Carolyn Green is an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), and a member of the British Psychological Society.
